Triton is one of the largest employers in Nuneaton and has been based in Warwickshire since it was formed in 1975. Triton employs around 350 people with just under 280 employees based in the Head Office. Triton has a very loyal employee base with a number of employees clocking up 30, 25, 20 and 10 years plus service.

Triton is always supportive in training and developing employees. There are number of training plans in place ranging from NVQs in Performing Manufacturing Operations in the factory, specifically designed around Triton's manufacturing process, CIM qualifications, AAT diplomas, and a number of senior management completing MBA's.

Triton supports and develops links with the local community with the employees nominating a local charity, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance for sponsorship.

Triton helps young people in the community through its links with Etone School. Triton has helped develop future plumbing talent over the last four years with its sponsorship of its two year intensive course specifically designed to introduce 14-16 year olds into the plumbing industry. The course leads to a BTEC Level 2 qualification.

Triton's employees like to have fun and for our 30th Anniversary we organised a party for the whole head office decking the building out with balloons to celebrate and providing refreshments for the day. A fantastic 70's disco band roamed around the building for the day entertaining everyone and really adding to the atmospere of the party day.

Children in Need is also a favourite of Triton and the employees have organised events to generate money for this worthy cause.
