....When I telephoned your company on Friday the 27th February 2009, enquiring about a replacement heater element for my shower I expected the usual negative, unhelpful response experienced with similar enquiries for my domestic appliances.....

When I telephoned your company on Friday the 27th February 2009, enquiring about a replacement heater element for my shower I expected the usual negative, unhelpful response experienced with similar enquiries for my domestic appliances, especially considering its age. It was therefore, wonderful to be passed directly from the telephone receptionist, to the spares department, who knew exactly what I required and then onto the ordering department where I was able to place an order without any fuss or delay.

The item was duly recieved on Monday 2nd March 2009 and installed with satisfactory results.

Your staff that handled my enquiry should be congratulated on their courtesy, efficiency and knowledge and I would appreciate that you pass on my thanks to them.
